01. OVERVIEW

Our team's successful deployment of a CRM platform for a health tech company specializing in mental wellness services was a major accomplishment. We made key improvements to the platform that improved accessibility, convenience, and privacy for patients, resulting in increased patient satisfaction and business growth.

As the product manager, I led the way in successful deployments of customizable platforms, improving processes and accessibility. Together with a team of front- and back-end developers, a UI designer, a QA analyst, and a copywriter, we were able to create a platform that met the needs of our clients and their patients.

02. DISCOVERY

Competitor & User Research

Our competitor and user research showed that key players in the telemedicine space were leveraging CRMs to get marketing to users, and that users can stay engaged if they are sent transactional messaging via SMS. We also found that clicks via SMS are much greater, although SMS are more likely to be unsubscribed. A central, secure location where user data can be stored for staying connected is key to ensuring a better UX.

03. IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS

To implement our CRM platform, we followed a step-by-step approach. Our initial project set up involved getting all stakeholders on board and defining the scope of the project. We then moved on to shared IP configuration and warm-up to ensure that our platform was built on a strong foundation. Next, we worked on data field schema, user migration, and Iterable API integration to ensure smooth data flow. Catalog enablement, base templates, initial campaigns, and journeys were also important aspects that we worked on before moving on to experiments, conversion tracking, third-party integrations, analytics, and SMS set up (Twilio).
